Train-the-Trainer Workshop
The ADA TLN Train-the-Trainer Workshop will teach you how to use the TLN Curriculum to help employers, community organizations, municipalities, businesses, and individuals understand their rights and responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This workshop is not an ADA training. Most of your learning about the law, itself, will come from using the curriculum during and after the workshop, as well as from ongoing support from your regional ADA Center. To receive a certificate of completion, you must complete all sessions, quizzes, and the Uniquely YOU assignment.

Due October 27
The Uniquely YOU project gives you a chance to think about strengths, experiences, and passions that will help you stand out as an ADA trainer and resource in your community. This fun, creative, assignment will also help other TLN members learn a little more about you.
What strengths, experiences, and passions will help you stand out as a trainer and a resource in your community? What words and/or images reflect these qualities?
For this project, you will create your own LOGO or ICON!
Instructions
In designing your project, think back to a time when something you did had a powerful positive impact on the lives of other people - something that made you feel that your efforts mattered. Think of the skills and personal qualities you brought to that situation and try to capture them in your project.
Be creative! Make a drawing or a collage, or create another type of art, such as a song or a poem. We will share these creations with the group to show everyone’s unique “brand” and give you a chance to share its meaning.
Submit a photo, scan, or video of your logo and a text description to lk372@cornell.edu at least 2 days before the final session.
